Each student is allowed one free makeup lesson per month provided that there is advanced notification of the absence (at least 2 hours before class). Additional makeup lessons will be offered for a $10 fee. The makeup class will be based on availability with existing classes. If there is no availability within 30 days of the absence, the makeup lesson is lost.

It is common for a child to cry and refuse to enter the pool at the class start time, but we have a solution to that. Our instructors and assistants are used to helping with this and will spend a good amount of time trying to get the child into the pool.

In the case when some children are just not ready and may not cooperate, we will request the parent bring the child back when he/she is ready or we may suggest scheduling a private lesson, or provide simple things that parents can do at home to coax the child into getting into the pool.

Yes, these are:

Registration fee discounts: Registration fees will not exceed $70 per family. For example:

• A family with one swimmer will pay a registration fee of $35.
• A family with two swimmers will pay a registration fee of $70.
• A family with three or more swimmers will pay a registration fee of $70.

Class discounts: Additional students in the same family will receive a $10 discount per class. For example:

• A family with two students in group lessons will pay $240 per month (the first student is $125 and the second student is $115).
• A family with two students in private lessons will pay $590 per month (the first student is $300 and the second student is $290).

Discounts are applied to students who choose more than one class per week:

• First class per week is charged a full price.
• Second class in the week receives a 40% discount.
• Third class in the week receives a 20% discount.
• Additional classes in the same week will receive a 10% discount.

Here are some examples showing the price for multiple classes:

• Group Lesson once per week: $125 per month.
• Group Lesson twice per week: $200 per month.
• Private Lesson once per week: $300 per month.
• Private Lesson twice per week: $480 per month.
